The founder of Scope Solutions has extensive work experience which covers nearly four decades in government organizations, not-for-profits, small businesses, local and national companies, and multi-national corporations in a range of business sectors and industries. She also operated a sports centre in Italy with tennis and basketball courts, soccer fields, swimming pools, gym, restaurant, pizzeria, cafe and bar. Two key initiatives were the facilitation of a children’s summer camp, and a regional tennis competition that included a masters tournament.
The founder of Scope Solutions has professional qualifications in Corporate Governance, and holds a Bachelor of Business Degree with dual majors in Business Management and Event Management. She additionally received distinctions and/or high achievement awards in the disciplines of business communication, risk and crisis management, strategic management, project management, evaluation and impact assessment, facility and venue management, business processes and employment relations.
She is an active community member and works extensively in the pursuit of achieving inclusiveness and equality, cultural competency, and positive outcomes for social and economic change.
Additionally, she is a netball sports coach, mentor and university academic in the areas of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, management and leadership, organisational behaviour, employment relations, event and risk management, tourism and hospitality.
Other community involvement includes volunteering as a Justice of the Peace, Native Title Claim representative, panel member for the Office of Small Business, and a Board member for a chamber of commerce.
